Tagliatelle with Spinach, Green Peas, and Fauxmaggio Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 1/2 cup of Fauxmaggio’s Pesto Made With Grated Fauxmesan & Fresh Basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook Tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and green peas to the pan and sauté until cooked.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the spinach and green peas.
  5. Add Fauxmaggio’s Pesto Made With Grated Fauxmesan & Fresh Basil to the pan and toss until the pasta is coated evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
