Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

  • Sliced onion
  • Mushrooms

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, egg, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
